'Bujjigaadu' fame actress Sanjjanaa Galrani, who recently urged the media not to drag her name in the Sandalwood drugs scandal, is likely to be arrested by the Central Crime Branch. On Tuesday morning, as many as eight CCB sleuths raided her residence in Bengaluru and seized some material.
She has since been taking to the CCB's headquarters for further questioning. The questioning in drugs cases usually takes hours and days to be completed.
One Rahul, whom Sanjjanaa knows as a friend, has been interrogated after his arrest. It's said that he is her 'Rakhi brother' as well.
More details are awaited. A few media reports have said that her arrest is imminent. She is the second Sandalwood celeb to be arrested in the drugs case. Already, Ragini Dwivedi has been remanded for questioning.
