Chitrapatam', starring Parvateesam and Srivalli in lead roles, has completed its talkie part. Directed by Bandaru Danaiah Kavi, the film is being produced by Sridhar Rao Puppala.
Speaking about the entertainer, the director said that the story unfolds in a village background. "This is a family subject that we have shot in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Kota Srinivasa Rao garu has played a key role. Posani, Sharanya, Naren, 'Baahubali' Prabhakar and others are part of the cast. We are going to shoot the songs in the next schedule," he said.
Producer Puppala Sridhar Rao said, "Our director Danaiah Kavi garu is known to one and all as a lyric writer. I am loving the way he is making 'Chitrapatam'. The senior artists have done a fine job in the film." The audio will be released on a prominent music label.
Balachari, Posani, Sharanya, Naren, 'Baahubali' Prabhakar and others feature in the film, whose cinematography is by S Murali Mohan Reddy. Editing is by Vinod.
