In the wake of media reports saying that Allu Aravind tested positive for coronavirus despite receiving both shots of vaccine, the producer has released a statement. He said that he had received only one dose of the vaccine.
Putting the record straight, the producer said that two friends who traveled with him to a village too have been infected. "Two of us who had taken the vaccine prior to the travel are suffering from only mild symptoms. In contrast, the friend who never took the vaccine has been hospitalized. I want to request everyone not to ignore the vaccine. Please do take the vaccine and save yourself from harsh infection," Aravind said.
He suggested that taking the vaccine will prevent coronavirus from becoming lethal to the body.
