Ahead of the release of '99 Songs', the movie, AR Rahman has planned a magnificent digital show chronicling the songs of the romantic musical drama. The event will be streaming on JioSaavn’s LIVE Anywhere platform. This one is streaming in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
As is known, the film will release in theatres on April 16.
Raman had planned to visit every city and every college in order to perform the songs for music lovers. In view of the tough times, he has limited the plan.
The Special Concert has brought on board singers such as Benny Dayal, Shashwat Singh, Shashaa Tirupati, Vijay Yesudas, Sreekanth Hariharan, Poorvi Koutish, Haricharan, and the Sunshine Orchestra. Lyricists Navneet Virk, Dilshaad Shabbir Shaikh, Kalpradah and others are associated with the film.
Directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy, the film pushes the envelope in terms of mixing story-telling with the power of music.
