Earlier this week, a movie titled 'Shekar' was announced with Rajasekhar as the hero. And another movie was today announced with the 'PSV Garuda Vega' actor as the lead man. It's an action thriller to be directed by Kiran Kondamadugula of last year's 'Gatham' fame. Off Beat Films, S Originals and Pegasus Cine Corp, owned by Bhargava Poludasu, Harsha Pratap, Srujan Yarabolu and the Shivani-Shivathmika duo are producing it.
Releasing a theme poster, it was revealed that the untitled flick will be shot in the US from August. The entire stretch of the feature film will be set in America with sex trafficking as the backdrop.
The makers have said that the character and the script are tailor-made for the 'Kalki' actor, who is known for playing angry man's roles. Bhargava and Harsha are looking at creating a rich cinematic experience, something bigger than what 'Gatham' achieved last year when it released on Amazon Prime.
Talking about Rajasekhar's 92nd movie, producer Harsha Pratap said that the film will be made without compromising on the quality of production values. He also hinted that the film will be of Hollywoodian standards.
