'D-Company', which is based on the life of the most-wanted terrorist Dawood Ibrahim, is an upcoming movie from the Ram Gopal Varma stable. Its teaser is out. As per the makers, it is doing hulchul on the Internet.
Going by the teaser, the film is about how Dawood grew from a small-time gangster to the biggest don of the underworld. There are no dialogues in the teaser and the entire stretch is filled with the background score. Chronicling events such as the 1993 Bombay blasts, the film is gritty.
For RGV, this is a dream project of sorts. Coming with the caption 'Mahabharat of the Underworld', the film tells us how the D Company turned out to be the most lethal underworld organization. Produced by SPARK, the film will release in five languages.
