Sita, the yesteryear actress, is known for some of the acclaimed films like 'Aadade Aadharam', 'Dabbevariki Chedu', 'Sagatu Manishi', 'Chevilo Puvvu' and 'Muddula Maavayya'.
As a character artist, too, she has made a name for herself over the years. 'Gangotri', 'Simhadri', 'Bunny' and 'Jyo Achyutananda' are some of them. Besides doing films in Telugu, Sita has also acted in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam movies.
In a recent statement, Sita has said that she wants to play many more roles in Telugu. "Telugu was, is and will always be special to me. I want to play a variety of characters in the language. The audience here have accepted me always," Sita said.
