'Gully Rowdy', starring the young and energetic Sundeep Kishan in the titular role, has received UA from the Censor Board. Kona Venkat, the star director, is its presenter and screenplay-writer. Kona Film Corporation and MVV Corporation are planning to release the movie in August. G Nageshwara Reddy of 'Seema Shastri', 'Seematapakai', 'Denikaina Ready' and 'Eedorakam Aadorakam' fame is its director. Rajendra Prasad has got an important role. Kollywood actor Bobby Simha, too, has a pivotal role.
So far, two songs from the movie are out. 'Puttene Prema' and 'Changure Changure' have been hits. Touted to be a hilarious entertainer, the film's release date will be out soon.
Neha Shetty, Posani Krishna Murali, Vennela Kishore, and Viva Harsha have other roles. Co-produced by Jeevi, its music is by Chowrastha Ram and Sai Karthik. The story is by Bhanu.
