It's known that 'Good Luck Sakhi', the sports romedy headlined by the National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh, was supposed to release in the first week of June in theatres. Due to the pandemic, its release date has been pushed to a later date.
Recently, a rumour went out that the film will hit the OTT by skipping theatres. On Monday, the makers of the Nagesh Kukunoor directorial said that there is no truth in the rumour.
“There are rumours that we are going for a direct OTT release all over media. Kindly request the media to refrain from saying so. None of it is true. We will come with an update in any. Hoping everyone stays home and stays safe," a statement from the makers today said.
Starring Aadi Pinisetty as the male lead and Jagapathi Babu in a crucial role, the film is co-produced by Shravya Varma. To be released in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, it is presented by Dil Raju. With music by Devi Sri Prasad, its cinematography is by Chirantan Das.
