Bellamkonda Srinivas' Rakshasudu became a decent hit when it was released and it helped him to score a hit after facing many failures at the box office.
Rakshasudu, which is an official remake of the 2018 blockbuster Tamil film Raatchasan, is going to be remade in Hindi with Akshay Kumar in the lead role.
Earlier, the producer Havish thought of making this film in Hindi as well. But due to Covid-19 situations and delay due to lockdown, he sold the remake rights to Bollywood star Akshay Kumar.
However, it is not clear that who will be directing the Hindi remake. It was heard that Ramesh Verma, who handled the Telugu remake, is said to be on board for the Hindi remake as well. As of now, it is mere speculation.
