Director Praveen Sattaru, condoling the demise of BA Raju today, said that he was to film journalists what late Dasari Narayana Rao was to film directors.
In his statement, the 'PSV Garuda Vega' director said, "Raju garu was a film dictionary. He rendered yeoman services to the film industry for decades. It would give me immense pleasure every time I spoke with him. He used to always smile, and was such a positive person."
The '11th Hour' director said that Raju changed with time. "He would always update his knowledge. He is the PRO of my current film with Akkineni Nagarjuna garu. His contribution to the film industry was immense. He had immense knowledge about old films," Sattaru added.
