'The Night', starring Vidhu Balaji and Sakshi Agarwal, is an upcoming animal thriller based in a forest. Billed to be an action-packed thriller, it has got an exciting premise. One is reminded of films like 'Life Of Pi' and 'Haathi Mere Saathi'.
Talking about his product, director R Bhuvanesh said that the most exciting aspect of 'The Night has to do with a newly-married couple finding themselves in a fix in a jungle. "Vidhu and Nisha move into an exotic tropical forest for a rare ant species photography. They bump into strange people about whose existence nobody knows. They have to confront a super power in the forest. The overpowering force is a human who has been bitten by a wild wolf," the director added.
The film is being made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Ranveer Kumar of Bollywood has a negative role.
Produced by Good Hope Pictures' Gokulakrishnan and Kalasa J selvam, the trilingual is expected to excite all sections of audience.
