It's known that a high-end pub was raided by a special Task Force in Hyderabad in the wee hours of Sunday. The raid happened reportedly on a tip-off that it was a rave party where drugs were being distributed. The raid happened on the Pudding and Wink Pub of Radisson Blu Hotel.
News has emerged that Mega Daughter Niharika Konidela was one of the scores of individuals who were detained. Niharika, who is also a producer in the Telugu film industry, was reportedly put up at the Banjara Hills police station for many hours.
She was reportedly questioned by the Task Force, apparently regarding the happenings at the "rave" party.
As reported by a national daily, Niharika was let go at 12 pm. TV channels captured the actress-producer as she came out of the police station. She was busy on phone and didn't acknowledge the many reports/cameraman mobbing her. She was visibly upset.
