The star director of the 1990s, SV Krishna Reddy, is making a comeback. His next is a thoroughgoing family entertainer titled 'Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu'. The project was launched today.
Starring Bigg Boss Telugu fame Sohel Ryan and Ananya in the lead, this one has Rajendra Prasad, Khushbu, Ali, Sunil, Varun Sandesh, Rashmi, Hema, Ajay Ghosh and Raja Ravindra in key roles.
Speaking today at the film's launch event, Rajendra Prasad recalled his association with SV by referring to their films (read 'Kobbari Bondam', 'Rajendrudu Gajendrudu', and 'Mayalodu', among others). He is happy to have collaborated with SV for a family entertainer after a gap of many years.
Producer C Kalyan said, "I have been planning to collaborate with SV Krishna Reddy garu for many years. Finally, my wish remains fulfilled. The title says it all. The family entertainer has got a lot of potentiality."
SV Krishna Reddy said, "Many people keep telling me that my kind of comedies haven't been made. I share the sentiment. Kalpana garu has come forward to produce this movie after Atchi Reddy convinced her. Sohel and Ananya make for a very good pair."
Sohel said, "I feel fortunate today. I thank the director for thinking that I am apt for the lead role. 'Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu' is going to make the family audience flock to theatres."
