One of the projects of SS Rajamouli has been long forgotten. It is 'Garuda'. The title was mentioned across social media platforms in the early 2010s. So much so, Rajamouli talked about the title in 2015.
In an interview back then, the filmmaker said that he indeed has a project named 'Garuda' in mind. However, he didn't elaborate on it because there was no script in place.
Many think that Rajamouli had Jr NTR in mind for the film. Others claim that Mohanlal was on his mind. The 'RRR' director was asked about the possibility of casting Mohanlal in 2015 but he didn't say anything in the affirmative.
After all these years, Tarak's fans have dug up 'Garuda' from the archives of their memory although only assumptions are there about the movie. They are saying that, had everything worked in Tarak's favour, 'Garuda' would have followed 'Baahubali 2' and not the two-hero 'RRR'. Assumptions cost nothing, don't they?
