Today is the time when its director Sujeeth Reddy has to be lauded. After badly-made films like 'Radhe Shyam' and 'Liger', it is becoming clear that making pan-India movies is not everyone's cup of tea. Besides SS Rajamouli, Prashanth Neel and Sukumar, the only other southern director who has impressed the Hindi audience is Sujeeth. Radhakrishna Kumar of 'Radhe Shyam' fell flat. And Puri Jagannadh is mostly going to this week.
It is true that the box office result of 'Liger' in Hindi is not known yet. But nobody is positive about the film's prospects in Hindi as of now. You have to be extremely optimistic to believe that 'Liger' will become a hit in Hindi.
Puri is a director with nearly 25 years of experience. Sujeeth did better than Puri. 'Saaho' was definitely bad, but after 'Radhe Shyam' and 'Liger', Sujeeth is coming across as a visionary director.
