In 2017, Dil Raju incurred heavy losses as a distributor of 'SPYder'. Just a few months later, he lost huge monies as a distributor of 'Agnyaathavaasi'. In his latest interview, the producer opened up about the big-ticket disasters.
"Those two films damaged the financial position of my distribution house heavily. Most distributors would have either committed suicide or left the film industry. But I could sustain because 2017 gave me some of the biggest hits on the production front," Raju said.
Raju was referring to his production house's super hits of 2017: 'Shatamanam Bhavathi', 'Nenu Local', 'Fidaa', 'Raja The Great', and 'MCA'. Even 'Duvvada Jagannadham' fetched him profits.
Raju has plans to release 'Vaarasudu'/'Varisu' in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi for Sankranthi.
