The buzz is that UV Creations and T-Series have told distributors that 'Radhe Shyam' will not be released on January 14. Like 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram', the Prabhas-starrer stands indefinitely postponed.
The reason has everything to do with the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic in India. In the US, too, the daily caseload has gone past the 1-million mark. In this situation, releasing a big-ticket, multi-lingual movie will be suicidal.
As per the latest buzz, the new release date of the movie is March 18. The makers are hoping that the third wave will be behind us by then.
'Radhe Shyam' vacating the space may help other Sankranthi releases in Tollywood if there is no lockdown and no great increase in cases in the Telugu States.
