Imagine someone saying that he is going to reject a multi-starrer offer from Prabhas and Mahesh Babu. He is none other than MS Raju, the producer of blockbusters such as 'Okkadu' and 'Varsham'. Back in the early 2000s, he was the Dil Raju of the Telugu film industry.
In his latest interview with a YouTube channel, MS Raju has said that he is in no mood to team up with big stars. He also revealed that 'Khaleja' was first offered to him but he rejected the offer (at a time when it was everyone's dream to produce a Mahesh Babu-Trivikram movie, thanks to the 'Athadu' legacy).
For reasons best known to him, Raju stopped making big-ticket movies after 'Aata', 'Vaana' and 'Maska' in the late 2000s.
Raju awaits the release of '7 Days 6 Nights' on June 24. He has directed the rom-com.
