Star director Sukumar has reportedly earmarked as much as Rs 25 lakh to help needy covid patients. He and his team will be supplying oxygen cylinders and concentrators to patients suffering from moderate to severe complications in Konaseema and other areas.
It's learned that the 'Rangasthalam' director has already arranged four cylinders of 40 litres capacity in the first tranche.
He is in touch with his friends in Amalapuram and other towns. A friend named Rambabu has been updating Sukumar about the local needs. And the 'Pushpa' director is stepping up with medical needs.
Sukumar is focusing on helping out the needy in rural areas.
