'Enugu' is the Telugu-dubbed version of the Tamil-language action entertainer 'Yaanai'. Directed by Hari of 'Singham' fame, the film stars Arun Vijay of 'Saaho' fame as the hero.
The news is that the film has received UA certificate from CBFC authorities. The Telugu-Tamil release has been confirmed for a July 1st release.
In a statement, director Hari on Saturday said that the film will hopefully be loved by the Telugu audience. The producers added, "Hari's films raise societal issues in a commercial film format. Everyone is going to feel happy after watching the movie."
Samuthirakani, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Radhika Sarathkumar, among others, have key roles. Yogi Babu, Ammu Abirami, Ramachandra Raju and others are part of the cast. GV Prakash Kumar (music), Gopinath (cinematography), Anthony (editing), and the Baba Sakar-Dhina DI duo (choreography) have worked on the actioner.
