'Adbhutham' actress Shivani Rajasekhar is one of the many finalists at the Femina Miss India 2022 beauty pageant. The news is that she has called it quits just days ahead of the finale.
In a statement, the budding actress (who was recently seen in Rajasekhar's 'Shekar'), said that the date of her Medical practical exam has clashed with the finale's date.
Due to her academic commitments, the actress couldn't participate in grooming sessions as well as the many sub contests held by Femina in the run up to the finale. Moreover, she was also down with Malaria.
"I was hoping to bounce back soon. But nothing seems to work my way. My practical exams have been pre-poned to July 3," Shivani said. She thanked the organizers, her supporters and well-wishers for standing by their side. "I am quitting the pageant with a heavy heart," she added.
