On Saturday, Mahesh Babu's NGO tied up with Rainbow Hospitals and Andhra Hospitals to finance the heart surgeries of poor kids.
The NGO, named Mahesh Babu Foundation, floated an initiative titled Pure Little Hearts Foundation (PLHF) for the purpose. Kids suffering from congenital heart diseases will be helped through the initiative.
The 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' actor spoke of the idea behind launching the well-meaning Pure Little Hearts Foundation. "Children have always been close to my heart, I am happy to support children who need cardiac care at RCHI through the Mahesh Babu Foundation. Tiny hearts deserve the greatest care," the superstar said.
Mahesh has already financed thousands of surgeries for kids at Andhra Hospitals and others in the past.
Recently, Mahesh, appearing on AHA's 'Unstoppable', said that his son Gautham was tiny when he was born. "We got him treated because we could afford it. What about the poor?" he thought to himself and started noble initiatives.
