'Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu' picked up pace and did well on Saturday at the box office, the makers of the Sharwanand-Rashmika Mandanna family entertainer have said. Saturday (March 5) was its second day at the box office.
Director Tirumala Kishore and producer Sudhakar Cherukuri are happy that the movie's Day 2 collections in the Telugu States were higher than that on Day 1. "While the movie opened to good collections on the first day in Telugu states, the numbers on day two are much bigger. Most of the centres in AP and Nizam witnessed houseful boards," the makers said in a statement.
They claimed that family audiences are coming to theatres in large numbers after a long gap.
'AMJ', also featuring Radhika Sarathkumar, Khushbu, Urvashi and others, has music by Devi Sri Prasad.
