The poster says 'The Vijay Deverakonda' in all seriousness. For an actor who has barely delivered 4-5 hits, this sounds pretentious and even bizarre. It is as funny as Sampoornesh Babu calling himself Burning Star.
People use 'The' ahead of the names of legends and legends alone.
