In the age of sequels ('Baahubali 2', 'KGF 2', 'Pushpa 2' and thankfully no 'Acharya 2'), everyone wants to ask creators the same routine question invariably. "Are you planning a sequel to your film?" Sometimes, even producers/actors, who are not the ones who conceive stories, are asked the question. And depending on what they answer, the media starts making empty speculations for years together.
One such instance has come out. Someone has asked producer Bhushan Kumar if 'Kabir Singh', the Bollywood remake of 'Arjun Reddy', is going to have a sequel. He merely said that Kabir Singh, the character, can definitely be spun into a franchise. "It’s an iconic character and can be taken into a second part," he told a portal.
Based on this response, a few film observers have started speculating that 'Kabir Singh 2' is going to be there. The one person who needs to speak on this is director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who is busy with 'Animal' currently. After 'Animal', he will move to Prabhas 'Spirit' most likely. Where is 'Kabir Singh 2' happening? In Mars?
