'Masooda', produced by Swadharm Entertainment and directed by debutant Sai Kiran, is now in the Dil Raju fold. Sri Venkateswara Creations is going to release it in the Telugu States on November 18.
At a presser today, the ace producer said that he believes in producer Rahul Yadav Nakka's taste. "His banner's first two films, 'Malli Raava' and 'Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya', were so special. 'Masooda' is exciting as far as its pre-release material goes. Right now, the final copy is being readied. I am excited to watch it," Raju, who is also going to release the Tamil-language blockbuster 'Love Today' in Telugu, today said.
Starring Thiruveer and Sangeetha in important roles, 'Masooda' was in the making for three years. Producer Rahul Yadav thanked the film's team for sticking to the project for three years despite Covid-related challenges. He said that, like the two directors (read Gowtam Tinnanuri and Swaroop RSJ) he has introduced before, Sai Kiran, too, is going to prove his mettle.
Kavya Kalyanram, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Akhila Ram, Bandhavi Sridhar, Satyam Rajesh, Satya Prakash, Surya Rao and others have different roles.
