'Dhruva' is all set to have a new edition. 'Dhruva 2', which could be a proper sequel or a thematic sequel, is in the works.
Producer NV Prasad, who has previously made big-ticket movies like 'Annavaram' and 'SPYder', today said that director Mohan Raja is going to wield the megaphone for 'Dhruva 2'. It will be Raja's first directorial with Ram Charan.
'Dhruva' was a remake of the Tamil-language movie 'Thani Oruvan', which was made by Raja. Raja couldn't direct the Telugu remake of his movie. If he gets to do 'Dhruva 2' with the 'Rangasthalam' actor, it will most likely be a multi-lingual release.
Raja is waiting for the theatrical release of 'Godfather' this Wednesday (October 5). If 'Godfather' becomes a hit, 'Dhruva 2' will be a done deal!
