The arrival of Rishi Sunak has been eliciting jubilant reactions in many quarters of India, which is Sunak's country of origin. Although neither Sunak nor his parents were born in India, the fact is that he is a person of Indian origin. Moreover, he is a practising Hindu. Megastar Chiranjeevi has highlighted the same in a tweet made on Tuesday.
"Who would have thought when India celebrates 75 years of Independence from the British, the British will get a Prime Minister of Indian origin, a first ever Hindu PM (sic)," the 'GodFather' actor tweeted, using the phrase 'life comes full circle' as a hashtag.
Meanwhile, Chiru awaits the release of 'Waltair Veerayya' for Sankranthi next year. The film's title teaser was out on Monday. Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film has music by DSP.
