Actor Madhavan delivered a blockbuster in the form of 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' last year. He is teaming up with 'Maha Samuram' and 'Bommarillu' star Siddharth for the first time since the Hindi-language revolutionary drama 'Rang De Basanti' (2006) and the Tamil film Mani Ratnam's 'Aayutha Ezhuthu' (2004; 'Yuva' in Telugu)). Lady Superstar Nayanthara is its female lead.
Titled 'The Test', the sports drama is produced by Y NOT Studios' Sasikanth. Besides producing the pan-India release, he is also wielding the megaphone. The film's motion poster was unveiled on Wednesday.
'The Test', which is currently under production, will be released in theatres in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi later this year.
Nayanthara, who is currently doing SRK's 'Jawaan' with director Atlee, was last year seen in 'Connect'.
