Writer Deena Raj of 'Preminchukundam Raa' fame has wielded the megaphone for 'Bharateeyans'. The patriotic drama, starring Nirroze Putcha, Sonam Thendup, Subha Ranjan and Mahender Bargas, has been endorsed by former Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu.
Also starring Samaira Sandhu, Rajeswari Chakraborty and Peden Ongmu Namgyal, the film's pre-release screening has been held for a select set of audience, all of whom admittedly loved the patriotism quotient in it.
Dr Shankar Naidu Adusumilli of Bharat American Creations is glad that Naidu, the dignitary and former Union Minister, feels that 'Bharateeyans' actively promotes national integration and the valour of our soldiers.
Kashi Vishwanath said that films like this one come very rarely. Producer Shankar, he said, made the film with faith in Deen Raj.
Producer Dr. Shankar Naidu Adusumilli that every Indian is a real hero in his eyes. "Through 'Bharateeyans', we will bring out the philosophy that lies in the heart of every Indian," he added.
Director Deen Raj said that he also worked on films like 'Kalisundam Raa', 'Lahiri Lahiri Lahirilo', among others. "Producer Shankar is a doctor in America. He liked the story and came forward to produce the film. The film seeks to nurture patriotism in the youth," he added.
Nirroze said that he is a first-time hero. "I thank producer Shankar and director Deen Raj for the opportunity. The audition was done and I was selected," he added.
