'Hebbuli', starring Kichcha Sudeep and Amala Paul, is an action thriller film directed by S Krishna. Also featuring P Ravi Shankar, Kabir Duhan Singh and Ravi Kishan, the film was a hit in Kannada. Its Telugu-dubbed version is going to be released soon by CMB Productions' M Mohana Sivakumar.
The film's trailer was released today at the hands of senior producer C Kalyan. The Telugu dubbing rights have been acquired by paying a fancy rate since the Kannada original was a blockbuster. The film will be released in the Telugu States on February 25.
Distributor Bapiraju said that the film has the potential to become a bigger hit than 'Vikrant Rona', Sudeep's previous pan-India release.
C Kalyan wished producer Subrahmanyam all the best. Prasanna Kumar of Producer Council said that he hopes 'Hebbuli' mints collections to the tune of Rs 15 Cr.
Producer Suresh Kondeti said, "I used to distribute movies in West Godavari territory. Bapiraju garu used to be my competitor at that time. I have always respected him. He is a friendly person."
With music by Arjun Janya, the film has cinematography by A Karunakar and is edited by Deepu S Kumar.
