However, Balakrishna's fans are wondering why there is not much hype and hoopla in a significant way. 'Akhanda 2' would surely be a super-crazy project right from the day it is launched, that is, whenever it happens. Given this, the buzz should be quite strong.
The media kept 'Bangarraju' in the news cycle year after year even though its predecessor, 'Soggade Chinni Nayana', was an ordinary hit. 'Akhanda 2' should have been heard about more often if there were serious moves from the director's side or the production banner's side.
Director Boyapati Srinu doesn't think about his next project until the one in his hand is over. He is currently handling Ram Pothineni's next. Maybe, he is not yet decided on when to take up 'Akhanda 2' and therefore Balakrishna's camp is not overplaying the project.
