Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who was last year seen in 'KGF 2', is doing yet another high-billed South Indian movie. It is Thalapathy67, directed by 'Vikram' and 'Master' fame Lokesh Kanagaraj.
The 'Munnabhai MBBS' actor has been quoted as saying that he decided to do the film once he heard the one-liner narrated by the director. "I knew in that exact moment that I had to be a part of this film and I am thrilled to start this journey," Dutt said.
Actress Priya Anand of 'Rama Rama Krishna Krishna' and 'Ko Antey Koti' fame is also onboard. She has been a popular name in Kollywood.
Produced by Seven Screen Studios of 'Master', 'Mahaan' and 'Cobra' fame, the film has been on the floors. Set to be released in theatres for Dasara (most probably), its music is by Anirudh Ravichander.
With the cinematography done by Manoj Paramahamsa, the film is edited by Philomin Raj. Written by the director himself, Rathna Kumar, and Deeraj Vaidy, the action thriller reportedly also stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin and others.
