The title of Nithiin's 32nd movie has been made official. As has been rumoured, the title is 'Extra'. And 'Ordinary Man' is the caption. Director Vakkantham Vamsi's intent is that we read the title and the tagline together so that the 'Rang De' actor's character comes across as the 'Extraordinary Man' we all have to admire.
"This is a thorough entertainer. So far, almost 60% of the shoot has been completed," the makers said. Plans are afoot to release the film on December 23 this year.
Starring Sree Leela as the heroine, the film has the 'Marcherla Niyojakavargam' actor in two get-ups. In the first one, he will be youthful and playful. In the second one, he will sport a thick beard combined with an intense gaze. "Behind every ordinary man is an extraordinary story. Presenting the first look of 𝙀𝙓𝙏𝙍𝘼 - 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘯. Can't wait for you all to experience extra love and fun very soon," wrote Nithiin, plugging the first-look poster.
Vamsi, who has previously written films like 'Kick', says that 'Extra' has the 'Bheeshma' actor in a character-driven role. Promising a rollercoaster ride, Vamsi says that Harris Jairaj is giving his best.
Produced by Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy of Sreshth Movies, 'Extra' is also produced by Aditya Movies & Entertainments and Ruchira Entertainments.
