'Prema Charitra (Krishna Vijayam)' is touted to be Superstar Krishna's only posthumous release. Helmed by H Madhusudan, it is produced by Sripad Hanchate. The film will be released in theatres in June.
Speaking at the trailer launch event of the film, producer Tummalapalli Ramasatyanarayana said that director Madhusudan is his good friend. "This film is quite fresh and colorful. Krishna's energetic performance will stand out in it," he added.
Senior journalist Vinayaka Rao recalled that Krishna had wanted a biography authored by him to be re-printed. But he didn't live to see it.
Director H Madhusudan said that 'Vamsam' was his first movie as a director. "This film was completed in 2007. I waited a lot for its theatrical release. I have been a Sandalwood director for the past many years. I am finally releasing 'Prema Charitra (Krishna Vijayam)' myself after a technology upgrade," he added.
Starring also Yashwant and Suhasini, the film also features Naga Babu, Ali and MS Narayana, and others.
