The launch event of NTR30 was held on Thursday at a star hotel in Hyderabad. Besides the film's main cast and crew members, including Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, guests such as SS Rajamouli were present.
A huge canvas:
The makers emphasized that the film is going to be made on a huge canvas by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. The untitled flick will be a "technically challenging" movie involving Ocean-based shots. Both live shots and blue-screen shots will be aplenty in the movie.
Forbidden coastal lands:
Koratala Siva revealed that the film's story takes place on coastal lands that have been long forgotten. The monstrous forces in the fictional land fear neither God nor Death. The filmmaker hinted that they fear only one force and it is the protagonist, played by Tarak.
Unprecedented visual effects:
VFX supervisor Yugandhar revealed that the best studios in the world have been approached. He has handled about 100 movies but NTR30 is going to be the most creatively satisfying among them all, he suggested.
A year of pre-production and brainstorming:
The key technicians, especially cinematographer Rathnavelu, editor Sreekar Prasad and production designer Sabu Cyril, have been "travelling" with Koratala Siva for about a year now. The Editor has been helping out the 'Bharat Ane Nenu' and 'Srimanthudu' maker with scenes. This rigorous involvement by the technicians could result in scintillating output. The director said that NTR30 is going to be his career's best movie.
An emotional ride:
The director made it a point to suggest that the film will be an emotional ride. So, it is not just about the visuals and action.
Music director Anirudh thanked Jr NTR for having him on board. The film will hit the cinemas on April 5 next year.
