Hours before the release of the 'Devara' teaser on Monday, NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts attempted something interesting. They put out the lyrics of the English-language song to be heard in the glimpse video. And the lyrics were revealed one phrase at a time over an hour or so. The lines indicate that Jr NTR's ferocious character is an embodiment of a merciless attitude toward the villains.
"You never touch the sea.. You never play with me.. I’ll never show you mercy.. I’ll never let you be!" the lines go.
This is a clever way of cashing in on the huge popularity enjoyed by composer Anirudh Ravichander. He is the Numero Uno composer of today's Kollywood. And he enjoys a great deal of traction among the Telugus as well, especially after 'Vikram', 'Jailer' and 'Leo'.
'Devara', directed by Koratala Siva, will hit the cinemas on April 5. The teaser today will be out in multiple languages simultaneously.
