Vijay Deverakonda's next film will release about a year after his previous movie, 'Liger'. Yes, 'Kushi' has locked its release date. Mythri Movie Makers, which has of late been in the news continuously since Sankranthi, is planning to release the Shiva Nirvana directorial on September 1.
Starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the heroine, the latest poster features the lead pair holding hands. Their body language suggests that they yearn for each other's presence although they are separated both physically and psychologically. "The two worlds will meet on September 1st," the poster says.
"The shooting is going on at a brisk pace now," the makers said. Samantha recently joined the set of the film.
The pan-India film has costumes designed by Rajesh, Harman Kaur and Pallavi Singh. Utthara Kumar and Chandrika are its art directors, while the fights are by Peter Heins. Co-written by Naresh Babu, the film has music by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
Mythri Movie Makers was this Ugadi in the news for announcing a film starring Nithiin and Rashmika Mandanna. Venky Kudumula is its director.
