Star heroine Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been in collaboration with Marvel Studios since 2019. On Friday, at a glitzy event in Hyderabad, the versatile actress announced her second-time collaboration with the brand ahead of the release of 'The Marvels', the upcoming American superhero film based on Marvel Comics. The film features these main characters: Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel. The epic actioner will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in India for Diwali.
Sam described Captain Marvel as one of her most favourite superheroes. She drove home the USP of the movie by saying that "three powerful superheroes" are coming together this time to participate in the "ultimate battle of Good vs Evil".
The 'Shaakuntalam' and 'Kushi' actress was pleased to support the Marvel Universe ahead of the opening of advance bookings from November 4 in the Indian market across all formats.
At today's event, the 'Majili' and 'Rangasthalam' diva launched an Exclusive Promo for the Indian fans of the Marvel Comics. It was suggested that the upcoming release, directed by Nia DaCosta, is going to be a thorough entertainer for the family audience.
"The actress also channelled her inner superhero and struck a power-pose with special fans and cosplayers who brought their A-game," the event organizers stated.
