Bollywood star heroes Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt are set to share the screen once again in 'Son of Sardaar 2'. While details about the plot are under wraps, we know it's a fresh story, not a continuation of the 2012 film 'Son of Sardaar'.
The news is that Mrunal Thakur of 'Hi Nanna' and 'Sita Ramam' fame will be seen as the leading lady in this film starring the duo. She was recently seen in a guest role in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. Earlier this year, she was seen as Vijay Deverakonda's pair in 'Family Star'.
'SOS 2' will be directed by Punjabi filmmaker Vijay Kumar Arora and is expected to begin shooting in Scotland by the end of July. Its release date is yet to be made official.
Currently, Sanjay Dutt is also doing 'Double ISMART', in which he is Ram Pothineni's antagonist. The Telugu-language original is going to be a pan-Indian release. As for Ajay Devgn, he will soon be seen in the Hindi film 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', which has been postponed indefinitely due to the 'Kalki' fever at the Hindi box-office.
