As is known, 'Salaar' is going to be a two-part saga. The first part is slated to hit the cinemas on December 22 this year. In his latest interview, director Prashanth Neel opened up about the second part.
When asked when the shoot of 'Salaar 2' can be expected to take off, this is what the 'KGF' maker told a portal: “It’s a logistical thing and I can’t commit on the exact timelines. But, we will start shooting for it soon.”
From his answer, it is clear that Neel and Hombale Films have no clear timeline in mind as of now. While Neel is tight-lipped, it can be assumed that the shoot of 'Salaar 2' will commence sooner than expected if 'Saalar 1' becomes a blockbuster this year.
The trailer for 'Salaar 1' will be out at 7:19 PM on December 1. Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran as Prabhas' friend-turned-foe, the film has Shruti Haasan in a key role. Ravi Basrur is its music director. Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a fierce role.
