Nara Rohit's comeback film 'Prathinidhi 2' is helmed by journalist Murthy Devagupthapu. The film, produced by Vanara Entertainments, will be released in theatres on January 25, 2024. The pro-TDP political drama went on the floors a few weeks ago.
On Monday, it was announced that 'Yatra 2', telling the story of Jagan Mohan Reddy's rise in Andhra Pradesh politics, will be released in theatres on February 8, 2024. Directed by Mahi V Raghav, it has Jiiva playing Jagan and Mammootty playing YS Rajasekhar Reddy. A poster was released today to make the release date announcement. The Mollywood actor will be seen in a cameo.
The above films, to be released in a space of just two weeks before the AP Assembly and India's General Elections, will be purely meant for political campaigns.
