There is this speculation that 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' (October 20th release) is going to feature some hot moments involving Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. In the trailer for the film, the lead man suggests that all men are horny and creepy. There is an attempt at normalizing the creepiness of some men through the glorified lead man (whose heists, as per the director of the film, are inspiring).
There are speculations that the regressive attitude will be reflected in how the characters played by Nupur Sanon and Gayatri Bharadwaj are represented by the action thriller. This will be in sharp contrast to how Renu Desai's Hemalatha Lavanam will be shown with respectability. 'TNR' is one of the biggest releases of the year.
In 'Bhagavanth Kesari', Anil Ravipudi has made a conscious attempt at portraying his female characters (read Sree Leela and Kajal Aggarwal) with dignity. The director received a lot of flak for the rape 'joke' in 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'. Rashmika Mandanna's character faking a rape attempt by Mahesh Babu's character was slammed by many. Following that, Ravipudi seems to have changed the gears.
