In 2021, Manchu Manoj announced that he would be making a comeback with a film titled 'Aham Brahmasmi'. The pan-India film was touted to be the most ambitious movie in his career. The multi-lingual, however, has yet to commence its shoot two years on.
Whatever happened to that project? Has Manoj shelved it for any reason?
Director Srikanth N Reddy has confirmed that the project is very much on. "The project got delayed due to a disturbance in Manoj anna's life. We mutually agreed to put it on the back burner for the time being. The film will be revived at the appropriate time. The bound script is very much locked and is owned by Manoj anna. We are surely going to unite for 'Aham Brahmasmi'," Reddy, who is currently doing Vaisshnav Tej-Sree Leela's 'Aadikeshava' said.
One hopes that if 'Aadikeshava', set to hit the cinemas this November 10, becomes a box-office hit, Manoj will not think twice before reviving 'Aham Brahmasmi'.
