Actor Nithiin has been shooting for a film titled 'Thammudu' since September last year. Directed by Venu Sriram of 'Vakeel Saab' and 'MCA' fame, the project is bankrolled by Dil Raju.
The news is that Varsha Bollamma, who is known for 'Middle Class Melodies', will be seen in a crucial role in the entertainer. 'Kantara' fame Saptami Gowda is also playing a pivotal role in this one. Varsha and Saptami are expected to share screen space in the movie.
Produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, 'Thammudu' also features Laya. With cinematography by Sameer Reddy, the film has music by Ajaneesh Loknath of 'Kantara' and 'Mangalavaaram' fame.
'Ooru Peru Bhairavakona' was Varsha's most recent theatrical release. "I will next be doing a film that requires me to spend 75 working days. It is not a regular story. I am not supposed to talk about it at this point," she said recently in an interview.
