Shobu Yarlagadda, the producer of the 'Baahubali' duology, has created a basic GPT for assisting in script breakdown to help film production. He used the AI-enabled ChatGPT for the same. Taking to Twitter, the producer said, "Feel free to use it and send me feedback! Will try to learn more and see how to keep improving it."
So, how does it benefit those involved in filmmaking? The users can upload a script, and based on the prompts, GPT can give a good overview of locations, props, characters and other details. The tool can also "calculate broadly the number of days at each location or actor if you tell how many pages you intend to shoot in a day."
Yarlagadda further said that the tool can develop concepts for scenes or a concept poster.
