A song titled 'Mast Malang Jhoom' from the upcoming Bollywood movie 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' was released today. We see Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff shake a leg in the 'Naatu Naatu' style. The iconic dance move from 'RRR', immortalized by Jr NTR and Ram Charan, has been rehashed by the Bollywood film.
Netizens are trolling the choreography. "The dance steps of 'Mast Malang Jhoom' remind us of 'Naatu Naatu'. I expected a chartbuster song which is missing here. Both Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff tried their best to justify dance steps but failed. Overall the whole product is below average," wrote a movie buff.
Another cinegoer wrote that Bollywood lacks originality when it comes to music and dance choreography. "They have been stuck at the 2000s-level creativity," he wrote.
