In a particular shot in the trailer for 'Saindhav', a bullet shot into the mouth of a male person literally exits from his bum. Is there any logic to this? Or, is this just director Sailesh Kolanu doing a Boyapati Sreenu because 'Saindhav' is meant to appeal to the masses?
Taking to social media, Kolanu explained the shot in an elaborate post. "Generally, if you shoot someone in the mouth, the bullet should exit from the back of the head. But if you make the person sit at a specific angle and shove the barrel of the gun enough into the mouth and point the barrel down by about 80 degrees, the bullet now has access to most of your vital organs situated in the torso," the 'HIT' director wrote.
He further added, "If shot precisely, the bullet will puncture either trachea or oesophagus (depending on the horizontal angle) then the liver, then the pancreas and possibly the heart, then directly slashing through the large and small intestines in a straight line before entering the colon and exiting through the bottom hole of the body. Needs a lot of experience to get it that precise but it comes with practice."
So, does that mean Venkatesh's character in 'Saindhav' comes with unreal levels of precision while shooting his targets? Kolanu says that his hero possesses a specific skill set in the film, which will hit the cinemas on January 13.
