Shankar-directed Ram Charan's political drama 'Game Changer' may have to opt for a Christmas release. This move comes amid a crowded Diwali release window that already features Ajay Devgn's 'Singhan Again' in Hindi and Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' in Tamil. ('Vettaiyan' was first scheduled to be released on October 10 but it has rumouredly since been postponed).
The makers of Charan's movie are reportedly finalizing 10-15 days of shooting to complete the film. They aim to avoid a box-office clash with the Diwali giants and secure a release during the Christmas season.
'Game Changer', produced by Dil Raju, stars Anjali, Kiara Advani and many others. The film, whose music is by SS Thaman, also features Srikanth, Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, and Naveen Chandra. S Thirunavukarasu is its cinematographer.
